Kevin Stambaugh

I bring more than 30 years of experience leading product and technology teams through periods of growth and major industry shifts—from the internet and cloud computing to mobile and AI. This experience has given me a deep understanding of both the people and process sides of creating teams that deliver results.

My leadership style is positive, supportive, and grounded in coaching. I care as much about helping people develop and succeed as I do about what we build together. I’m highly results-oriented, but I believe sustainable results come from giving teams clarity, trust, and an operating model that enables them to do their best work together.

No two teams are alike, so I don’t believe in formulaic solutions. I draw on proven patterns and practices, adapting them to each organization’s people, culture, and goals.

Most recently, I established and led AI initiatives in a growth-stage technology company, producing significant gains in delivery throughput. After seeing AI’s transformative potential firsthand, I now design cooperative AI factory models that unite people, processes, and intelligent agents across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy through development, delivery, and continuous improvement.
